Signatuur – A Fresh Identity for a New Chapter in Real Estate

Sometimes a new chapter calls for more than just a name change. When C-finance Vastgoed decided to expand their services by adding insurances, they also chose to rethink their entire identity. The result was Signatuur—a new brand with a broader vision and a fresh outlook on real estate in Oostende.

Blurry was brought in to lead the creative side of the rebranding. From the start, the ambition was clear: create something that felt different from the typical real estate agency. The brand needed to stand out while staying approachable, with a strong connection to their hometown of Oostende.

Taking that brief to the drawing board, we developed a visual identity that subtly celebrates the spirit of the city. Warm pastel tones, joyful photography, smooth typography, and light, uplifting accents come together to evoke the feeling of summer by the sea—bringing warmth and personality into a sector often dominated by neutral and corporate visuals.

The identity was carried through into a fully custom-built website, designed to feel just as unique as the brand itself. Instead of blending in with standard real estate platforms, the goal was to create an experience that reflects Signatuur’s character and vision.

Beyond the digital presence, the brand extends across a wide range of touchpoints—from business cards and signage to branded merchandise like sports socks—ensuring that the new identity lives consistently both online and offline.
